    Hello-
There are two things I see in your system status:

Shop Base: ❌ Page not set Go to wp admin > woocommerce > settings > products > display and make sure you have a page set for your shop page. When I view your site, I do see marketplace. Is that your SHOP page for WooCommerce?

Secondly:Theme Compatability: ✕ Your theme is not 100% WooCommerce compatible and will not display vendor stores properly. Please show this page ( https://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/ ) to your theme author and instruct them to provide full WooCommerce compatibility
not the limited WooCommerce compatibility they currently provide by using woocommerce.php instead of full templates.

It looks like X uses the php hack to make the theme WooCommerce compatible, instead of properly overriding the pages. This *might* cause issues with viewing the vendor shop pages.

When I go to your site, and go to marketplace, I can see vendor’s products, and I searched for “bracelet” and several vendor’s products came up. Am I misunderstanding your issue?

    Hi Anna,

For Shop Base, yup im using the marketplace for my SHOP page. Do i need to specify the page? Cause when i do, it creates another segment under that page which isnt what i want. Can i just leave it empty?

For the theme x compatibility i’m aware of that and when a number of us raise it up to them they cant seem to come to a conclusion and dismissed it as ‘not able to fully be compatible with third party plugins’. So i’m just living with the compatibility issues and seeing what other ways i can go about doing things.

The products by ‘ZACKARTZ’ cant seem to show. I’ve even tried shifting them to another vendor to see if that’s the issue but the products cant seem to be uploaded. The variable attributes on their front end and live product page seem to be missing too.

The issue would be that the products can be viewed when editing, and are even given the link(Product Example) but it cant seem to be shown Vendor Page or on woocommerce categories. let alone the woocommerce shop page.

    Hi Anna,

I’ve managed to figure out the problem. It’s simply a plugin by Woocommerce Booster, Product Visibility by User Role. It was turned on and it wasnt activated for the different roles, in each products. Thus being able to see view the products when editing but not when it’s live.

    Thanks for your help though!

    Sorry just a question.

How can i allow my vendors to be able to add attributes for their variable products? It seems only doable on the free version?

    @brandonlar
Glad the first issue is sorted!
For Attributes: Vendors cannot add actual attributes (Color, Size, Materials, etc.)- only the admin can add the Attributes…. but you can allow them to add attribute terms (red, blue, large, small, silver, wood, etc.)
To allow this, you need to check a checkbox: wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > product form… scroll to: Capabilities: Allow vendors to add attribute terms. ( This does not allow vendors to add attributes )
