NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

i am using wordpress 3.0 latest one and downloaded the wc vendors free 1.9.9 version. in my account page it used to have login form and vendor registration form . but now only the login form. please help me how to add vendorre gistration form

We’ll get this fixed asap!If the whole registration form is not showing, please check your woocommerce settings to be sure you have enabled registration on the my-account page: wp admin > woocommerce > settings > accounts > Enable customer registration on the “My account” page.
