NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    ​I’m encountering a few bugs.

    1. When I logged into Bliss as a vendor, the page wasn’t refreshing like it should. It just stayed a white page. If I reloaded the page, everything came up like it should. I fixed this by deleting the Vendor Dashboard page (it was corrupted somehow) and recreating it and the adding a redirect to my functions.php page.

    2. But the same thing happens when I try and submit a deal without already being logged in. Page just sits there all white. Nothing refreshes. It does not redirect to any page.     3. When I try to submit a deal AFTER logging in as a vendor, it won’t redirect me either.

    These bugs come together to make for a confusing and frustrating experience for a potential merchant. These need to be resolved ASAP.

    Hello,
    If you switch to the Storefront theme, do these issues still occur?
    If so,( staying on the storefront theme still while you test) if you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce & WC Vendors – do the issues still happen then?
