NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Just updated woocommerce to 3.0 and WcVendors Pro to 1.4.

    Duplicate product option in Pro Dashboard throws 500 server error

    My Theme(Flatsome) is compatible with WooCommerce 3.0 and all other plugins as well.
    I tried Twentyseventeen too and disabled all plugins. The duplicate option- still throws an error.

    Note: Duplicate option works with WooCommerce versions lower than 3.0

    Never fear, we’ll figure it out. Pro 1.4.1 (an always expected maintenance/bugfix release after new major changes) will be out sometime tonight or in the morning.

    Our top guy is on it! So if he cant figure it out, I’m not sure what we’ll do. Hmm. That might be really rough. Perhaps some letters of encouragement will help us along the way!! 😉 😉 🙂

    (For the non sarcastic humor folks, thanks for the heads up, we’ll get it for the next update, which is within a day away)

    Hello,
    Yes, here is an issue, for sure.
    This has been logged and Jamie will be on it!
    We’ll have a minor release soon (hopefully int he next 24 hours) for some of these teething bugs form the Pro version 1.4 major update.
