NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    My license expired on the 28th of March. I honestly didn’t realise that I needed to buy another license.
    I was wondering if I would still be able to receive the version via email that would have been available at that time?
    I do plan on buying another license in the near future when I have the available funds to do so. How do I purchase a license? do I just have to re-purchase the plugin or is it a different item?

    The WC Vendors Pro license is good for one year of support and updates for WC Vendors Pro.
    Each year, you can purchase a new license (or update) so that you will continue to receive updates and support for WC Vendors Pro.
    To purchase a new license, you go tot he Pro product page and purchase the license:

    The version from before March 28th was v1.3.9

    I’d strongly encourage you to renew your license as v1.3.9 is not compatible with the major update to WooCommerce that was released in early April. You need v1.4+ for compatibility.
