NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello, can you help me? I have Woomerce 3.0.3, WC Vendors 1.9.10, WC Vendors Pro 1.4.1 (in admin area I have constantly in instaled plugins notice “to update” – I was uptade in many times, but still is the notice there..
    So I udpdate Marketplace from Buddyboss – 1.4.0, One Social Theme 1.2.1.
    After all, vendors cannot insert in Vendor dashoboard product images, cannot write tags in product additing, cannot add atributes in product additing.
    Where is problem?

    The update notification is an issue with wordpress.. we are aware and will see what can be done about this. However, if you have run the update, then you are up to date. Your system status shows that 1.4.1 s installed.

    If you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro, do the other issues still occur?
    If so, then please switch (temporarily) to the Storefront theme: https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/ and then test and see if those other issues are present…

    I’d like to know if this is perhaps a plugin conflict, or is the new BuddyBoss Social Marketplace update may be causing an issue.

    Hi Anna,

    tech support from Buddypress: instal plugin Switch off and deactivate Better Minifi plugin and than it works it fine.
    So I mean it was a conflict between WC vendors PRO and Better Minifi plugin… Can you look at this?
