NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello,

    I have bothe WC Vendors and WC vendors pro and cannot seem to generate the vendor questionnaire when I sign up to be a vendor for testing reasons.

    Hello,
    If you direct the vendors to the my-account page for registration, are they then able to proceed to the vendor application/signup form?
    Also registered users can be directed straight to the pro dashboard URL to receive the vendor application/signup.

    When I apply as a vendor (to test), I then receive an email (as the marketplace owner) that someone has applied to be a vendor but the applicant (in this case me) does not receive an application/ signup form.

    Hello,
    The applicant should not receive any type of questionnaire or application form via email.
    The only application we have is the signup form in WC Vendors Pro, which the applicant uses to apply to become a vendor.
    wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > signup form

    No they are not, they only receive an email saying that they have registered to be a vendor.

    Also registered users can be directed straight to the pro dashboard URL to receive the vendor application/signup.

    Yes, this is correct. I then receive an email saying that someone has signed up to be a vendor.

    I went to your site and started the vendor application by going directly to the my-account url
    entered email, password and checked the box “apply to become a vendor”
    I was then directed to the Vendor Application (see screenshot)– which if I filled it out, i would have been able to then submit the button that says, Submit Vendor Application”.

    Is this the questionnaire that you are looking for? This signup form?

    Hello,

    Thank you for testing this out.I also made a dummy profile and applied to be a vendor the same way you did and i got the same questionnaire, which is good. Then I deleted this profile.

    I then registered (not a vendor) and when logged in as a normal buyer (not vendor) I went to the top bar Market Dashboard- and it said that I was not a vendor, I then checked the apply to ba a vendor box and I did not receive the questionnaire?

    The questionnaire works one way but not the other.

    I appreciate the assistance you have given me so far 🙂
