NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi.
    When a vendor tries to add a new product, the button link is something like
    https://sitename.com/dashboard/product//edit
    instead of the normal (and working)
    https://sitename.com/dashboard/product/edit

    Can you figure out why?

    Ok, I will look into this.
    I see it on one of my installs, but not on the other. So, yeah I will see why this happens. It does not appear to affect the functioning of the link on my site. Is the ADD PRODUCT working properly on your site?

    Hi Anna.
    No, I am not sure to understand your question.
    The link associated with the button is wrong (…product//edit) but if I type manually in the URL bar the correct one (…product/help) then the process works properly and I can add a product.

    I updated the plugin to the leatest version (1.4.2) but the bug is still present.

    Anna,
    sorry to insist but I checked also with your demo site https://dev.wcvendors.com.
    Going to https://dev.wcvendors.com/dashboard/ (see Screenshot 1) and just pointing to “Add Product” button, the URL is:

    https://dev.wcvendors.com/dashboard/product//edit.

    When I click the page we’re redirected is the correct one:

    https://dev.wcvendors.com/dashboard/product/edit.

    Can you explain it? Maybe it is something I can use to in my site or, eventually, a general bug to be fixed.

    Thank you- I do see the issue, and I have reported this. We should be able to get this fixed soon. If I have a temporary fix to pass along I will inform you so that you can fix this on your site.

    has this issue been resolved? I’m having a similar issue. When the vendor selects the add product they are directed to this URL : https://www.comixcentral.com/dashboard/product/download/edit/

    404 error.
