NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    I have one shop that won’t come up under the old vendor shop link or the new, it comes up with a number instead of the shop name. All of the other shops will come up using their shop name under both the old and new links.

    It’s this shop – http://thcmmarketplace.com/vendor_stores/66081/ – and if you look you’ll see her shop name doesn’t appear in the header, either. It’s just blank. The shop name should be LovePoodles77

    Not even sure where that 66081 number comes from. Her vendor ID is 3469 and it’s not her zip code, either.

    66081 is probably the post ID for the store. A remnant from an old WC Vendors Pro bug back in v1.0.0.

    You can edit the vendor shop page by going to wp-admin > Vendor Stores > and then editing hers, and renaming the Permalink slug to whatever you like. 🙂
