NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Good Day,

    I am using Vendor Pro, when our vendors upload a product on my website and then i have to publish it after double checking the contents but when i click on publish, system work for long time and give an error, saying connection lost saving has been disabled until you reconnect., i have fast internet and strong server and i tried from different places and different computers also but i receive similar error.

    I will appreciate your advise.

    That’s nothing more than a crappy webhosting company on a very slow performing webserver. It is not related to anything else, just terrible webhosting company.
