NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hello, there’s a woocommerce 3.0 major update i’m about to run. Kindly advice if WC Vendors Free and Pro are compatible with this upgrade. Please advice as soon as possible. Thank you.

    We have released our WC Vendors Pro version 1.4.0, which has WooCommerce 3.0 compatibility.

    Please ensure that whatever theme you are using is also WooCommerce 3.0 compatible before updating WooCommerce.
    This is a major update to WooCommerce, so each plugin and your theme that is WooCommerce based will need to be compatible, or you could have issues. So– check everything first!

    As far as WC Vendors is concerned, ensure that:
    1. Back up your site!
    2. You have installed/updated WC Vendors (free) to version v1.9.9
    3. You update your WC Vendors Pro to v1.4.0
    4. Now update to WooCommerce 3.0
