NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hey guys the WooCommerce Simple Auction plugin still isn’t working i requested help in May and still haven’t heard back on when this will be fixed as our site is an auction site and without that working we cant use our site. When am auction is won the sale doesnt transfer to orders support the vendor doesn’t know who won thier auction. I can see it in the backend but it can’t be seen from pro dashboard. I haven’t heard back on my old thread hence starting this new one.

    I dont think we really have much plans for the auction plugin. If we do anything to it, there will be an immediate price increase to $29 to cover development time for those of you who keep asking us to work on it. We’ve kept it mostly good for a few years and nobody ever wants to throw time at it because very few of you use it, and none of you want to pay a penny for it so far. So, I think we’ll just bite the bullet, code it out and charge for it. If we do, it’ll likely come after the next rewrite of WC Vendors (Free) 2.0.0. Which translates to early 2018-ish.

    Hello,
    I just tested several auctions.
    It was working fine- vendors can see the orders in their dashboard (auctions)
    Is the customer visiting the auction page and paying for the won auction?
    Until they pay, it will not show in the dashboard under orders for the vendor.
