    If a customer adds the same product twice, the order on the Order Dashboard and Order detail shows quantity as 1.

    Hello,
    Are you certain that those are the same product from the exact same listing?
    To test, I have tried multiple times to add more than one of the same product- either by adding qty 1 at a time to the cart, or changing qty using the qty box on the product page, and each time, the qty shows properly with the same item on the same line in cart, at checkout and on order details after purchase.

    Yes Anna, the item is the same, I retested it right now.
    Please see that the price of the item is $10 in the New Order Email so the total price is $20 because the item was added twice. In the order details, the total price shows as $10 with quantity 1 but the commission to the vendor is $18.50, how can the commission be more than the total price of the item. The commission is calculated on quantity 2 with price $20 but the quantity still shows as 1 with a total price of $10 in the order detail and also on the Order Dashboard.

    I hope it is not confusing.

    Hello,
    Ok- I was able to replicate this with further testing. The first time I was only checking the order screens via checkout, cart and the customer view. I now see that the order pages in the Pro dashboard show qty 1. The email it looks like it is showing the same product, but just on separate lines. I believe it should just show QTY 2 with the total of the two items on one line.
    I’ll report this issue and keep you posted with any updates, or if we need further info.
