We have found the problems themselves!!!

1. wc vendors dasboard showed: The vendor is connect with stripe. But: it wasn´t. In the Stripe dasboard was not connection with the vendor. Wie disconnect it and connected it new.

2. Concerns taxes:
Maybe the translation in german is faulty. We haven´t had activate: “Give vendors any tax collected per-product” because: in the german translation stands: “Vendors get ALL tax”
OR:
You mean that so. But if you do, thathe system does not work, because: If “Give vendors any tax collected per-product” is not connected, the vendor gets NO / zero tax.

3. Each individual product was processed and had its own commission set in Woocommerce. We did not do that! WHERE were these settings? A vendor can not do that. It is incomprehensible how that could be. Maybe a woocommerce update-problem???

As soon as possible its urgently required, that our problems are solved.

The error search has already cost us thousands of euros!

Now i saw:
The vendor got ONLY the tax in the wc wendors-system.
on stripe: nothing

Yes, via Stripe. One the old domain we used paypal too. But both doenst work correct.

I wrote to you in the pdf: “The next commission (pro) i changed between – whether empty or filled, the commission is zero. ”

The pdf have 4 pages. On page 4 i show you another example: there is the pro commission in!

This does not seem to be the problem!

1) Paypal-Adaptiv-Payments can not work in germany, look to this discussion at November 1, 2016 at 6:29 am:

2) YES, the vendor have a paypal email

3) Yes, we have any commissions set on a per vendor basis 93%. And: Yes, sure the vendor is connected to Stripe in the live mode.
Our goal: admin gets 7%
Vendors have to get: 93%

Ok, the problem with postalcode-calculation i could solve.

I have deleted the woocommerce standard-shipping. Now, only the vendor can dertimine alone the shipping costs. in woocommerce is only “Germany” and “pickup”.

Is this way correctly?

shipping calulation: i disabled “Packages Configuration for WooCommerce” But it doesn´t work farther. Freeshipping have a price… The postalcode-calculation doesnt work!

Amount: Yes, i understood it so before. i asked it, because: in germany you would define the process differently. You would pay the agent / operator a commission.

Paypal / stripe: maybe you remember to 2016 to our paypal problem? In europe paypal does not allow these type of payment method if you make less than 75,000 euros in sales. That is the reason why we have to use stripe. But it´s generally little known.

Answer short: we are using both. But´s not what we like. If you see a way that we can use ONLY paypal – that would be nice!!!

Hi Anna,

at the moment we have a new problem in the shipping calculation and local pickup.
Yesterday it works fine!

If the buyer-adress and vendor-adress are the same and i put in the postalcode,
the shipping zone is not calculated correctly.

It use the standard shipping price. Thats not good.

And q question: Vedors are only need a paypal-account, but not es stripe account?

I have done that.

But now alot links are broken (ex. product preview) and some information are disappeared (ex shipping costs per product).

AlternativeL: Stripe connect – Do you know if this really works in germany? Its a beta-version-country.

on stripe.com is written:

“Betas are stable and production ready.
Our betas are stable and production ready, but we keep countries in beta until they reach feature parity with the rest of our countries. ”

We do not want to experience a drama again (as with paypal) …

Crisis! It must not be true!

We have just learned – after months of troubleshooting and multiple support contacts – that our planned business model will not work.

We can not make collective payments (Adaptive and Parallel Payments) with Paypal. It is not possible!

Paypal in Germany requires a monthly fee of 25sd EUR sales / month of the shop or market place before paypal enables this collection and chain payment functions.

This means that our business model can not be realized!
We’ve spent months doing this.

Yes, a local shipping method would be very, very interesting! We need this function too for regional products.
In Germany an other european countries is it a big trend!

Please devolop that as soon as possible 🙂

maybe its a good idea to communicate this in your manual:

Important for all Europeans:

In the EU (for example in Germany) is another banking law and the Paypal security department have for every Paypal MASS-payment users manually:

a) cancel the EU-reception limit
b) enable the use of MASS Payment

For this, each user have to call the Paypal-Support and apply for that !!!

yes, i see the same as you. Now. Some days before, i can´t see orders.

Thank you for testing and controll the settings 🙂

But one thing: Still the admin have to complete the order, before the vendor can see the order.

If the store is successful, it´s to much work, if we would have to disclose any order.

How can I stop this?

Just one more question:

We don’t have to check “chained payments”. But if i don’t check “chained payments”, i can’t enter “who pays the fee” and primary and secondary receivers. I don’t even see the fields if i don’t check “chained payments”.

So i checked “chained payments”, entered the values with the receivers, and unchecked again. Is it right?

Still it doesn’t work and we get a “user blocked” error message. Waiting for an answer from PayPal Support.

Yey, i have tested the storefront-theme on our backup-shop (holstein-shop.de).
Its not working too.
Also: its not a theme-problem.

I have done what you recommended.

There is no page from old vendor-plugins.
And i installed a userrolemanager-plugin an deleted all unused roles.
After them i use wp-optimized an cleand the DB.

Its the same as before. The most vendors can´t see their products and orders.

the userrollmanger-plugin is activated. Maybe you have a look to the roles?

Mayby I’ve circled the problem.
There seems to be a vendor-user problem, because:

Only 1 Vendoruser is working. these Vendorname is “Pet-Shop”.
The other vendors have a illustration trouble – like previously described.

The Vendoruser have 1 difference:

In the WP “User-Settings” from the NOT WORKING Vendorusers is written:

additional rights
permissions: wc_product_vendors_admin_vendor, publish_products, list_users, create_users, edit_users, edit_shop_orders

In the WP “User-Settings” from the properly functioning Vendor “pet-shop”
is nothing on the end. NO Text about additional rights.

Thhat is the difference. Not more.
